35K Is A Really Tough Place For Finding Laptop That Can Handle Photoshop And After Effects.

These Software Need Serious Graphics Power To Make It Work. At Least A 2 GB Graphics Card Is Required Here. I Can Only Think Of One Laptop Here:

This Is An Inspiron Laptop With 2 GB Graphics Card And 6th Generation I3 Processor. Since, We Are Moving To 8th Generation Now, 6th Generation Is Kind Of Getting Old.

A Better Solution Would Be To Get A Desktop With I5 Processor And 2 GB Graphics Card. It Will Be A Much Better Choice. You Will Only Have To Sacrifice The Portability In This Case.
